Before hiring Hyphen, every department had their own spreadsheet and their own version of the truth, which made our quarterly board meetings really painful. Nobody agreed on the numbers because nobody was looking at the same numbers. Nicole spent real time understanding how each department tracked things differently before building anything, which made a huge difference once the dashboard came together.
